When I feel lost and maybe overwhelmed this is one of the places I go to come back to myself. Taking a seat at the counter or the bar in a place like this only invites joy and calm. There’s a carefree spirit about it and it’s fun because staying seated here means taking a moment to just be and getting up to go means the beginning of adventure. I like to exist in this place and I like existing knowing I was once there and can return again.
