Stack of scones inspired by the Cozy Bean Bakery & Cafe located in downtown Langley B.C. A true staple for many regulars in the area as they are made fresh every morning (though many people consider the discounted day olds a secret gem as well). I’ve loved getting to see the locals make this bakery a consistent part of their weeks. As a baker, the warm, welcoming role bakeries play in a community is a part I’ve enjoyed immensely.
